- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh thyme leaves, or 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) dried thyme

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the flatbread or rolled-out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the flatbread.
- Arrange the pear slices evenly over the mozzarella.
- Distribute the brie cheese slices on top of the pears.
- Sprinkle the dried cranberries over the entire flatbread.
- Scatter the fresh thyme leaves or dried thyme evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
