Instructions
- Let the steaks come to room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel.

- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting the cooking time to your preference.
- Rest the steaks for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
