A comforting dish marrying classic cheesesteak flavors with tender cheese tortellini, topped with gooey cheese.

- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 pound beef (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup onions (sliced)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers and onions, and sauté until they are tender.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and mix well.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using) to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter variation, use leaner cuts of beef or incorporate spinach or kale.
