Ingredients

- Pineapple chunks, 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams)
- Habanero peppers, 2 small
- Olive oil, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 milliliters)
- Soy sauce, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 milliliters)
- Honey, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (20 grams)
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Lime juice, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
- Salt, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
- Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (1 gram)

Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Cut the venison into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes.
- Mince the garlic cloves finely.
- Remove seeds from the habanero peppers and finely chop them.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped habaneros, salt, and black pepper.
- Add venison cubes to the marinade and mix to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated venison cubes and pineapple chunks alternately onto the soaked skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until venison is cooked through.
- Remove skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the skewers hot.
