Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken wings in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. For deeper flavor, allow them to marinate for several hours or overnight.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice glaze.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving. Enjoy your sweet and tangy wings!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of sriracha to the marinade. Ensure wings are at room temperature before cooking for even results.
