Delightful tarts featuring prosciutto, pear, and brie, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 200g prosciutto, torn into strips
- 1 brown pear, cut into matchsticks
- 125g brie, cut into pieces about 5mm thick and 2cm long
- 3–4 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C and lightly spray a tartlet tray with olive oil.
- Press squares of puff pastry gently into the moulds.
- Layer prosciutto strips in each tartlet shell, followed by matchstick slices of pear.
- Add pieces of brie atop the pear.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake the tarts for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with fresh herbs and a small bowl of honey for dipping. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
