Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, blend granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla until well combined.
