  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin puree
  • 12 Tbsp honey (adjust according to taste)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish (optional)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Extra honey drizzle for serving
  • Crusty toasted bread (sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers for dipping

Instructions

  1. Add the feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Incorporate pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend again until combined.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to thicken and meld flavors.
  4. Once chilled, transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with walnuts and fresh thyme, and drizzle with honey.
  5. Serve with crusty toasted bread or crackers.

Notes

Adjust the amount of honey to your taste for sweetness. For a chunkier dip, fold in chopped walnuts instead of blending them in.
