Description

Delicious baked meatballs infused with Italian herbs, perfect for spontaneous gatherings or cozy family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce and a side salad.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider mixing in some ground veal. You can also add diced vegetables for moisture.
