- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce and a side salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider mixing in some ground veal. You can also add diced vegetables for moisture.
