Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the raspberries, olive oil, vinegar, and sweetener to your BlendJet.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pour into a jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
For a thicker vinaigrette, add more olive oil or berries. If too thick, a splash of water can help adjust the consistency. Store in the refrigerator for about one week.
