- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s raspberry syrup
- 3 ounce (85 g) s half and half
- 2 ounce (57 g) s apple juice
- 2 ounce (57 g) s raspberry syrup (from above recipe)
- 1 ounce (28 g) vanilla extract

Instructions
- Place the raspberries, whether fresh or thawed, in a medium pot and mix with the sugar. Heat until the berries break down and the sugar melts completely, then take off the heat. Strain the mixture and let it cool in the fridge.
- Introduce the raspberry syrup and mix well.
- Put the glasses in the freezer for a minimum of 5 minutes to chill.
- Moisten the glass rim with vanilla extract, then press into colorful decorating sugars of your choice.
- In a shaker filled with ice, blend the half and half, apple juice, and raspberry syrup. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and enjoy.
