A flavorful and vibrant dish featuring roasted broccoli with soy sauce, garlic, and a kick of red pepper flakes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the marinated broccoli on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until tender and slightly crispy.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.

Notes

For a variation, try adding sesame seeds after roasting for extra crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
