Description

Delightful and easy salmon foil packs featuring tender salmon and fresh asparagus, all enhanced with a buttery, garlicky drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut large pieces of aluminum foil and place a salmon fillet in the center of each piece.
  3. Arrange asparagus around the salmon.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
  6. Fold the foil packets to seal tightly.
  7. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  8. Carefully open the packets, add fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
