- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut large pieces of aluminum foil and place a salmon fillet in the center of each piece.
- Arrange asparagus around the salmon.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
- Fold the foil packets to seal tightly.
- Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Carefully open the packets, add fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
