- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the warm cookie layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the caramel.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the coconut layer.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store any leftover Samoa Pie in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It stays fresh for several days.
