Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the warm cookie layer.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the caramel.
  9. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the coconut layer.
  10. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
