A delicious dessert pie inspired by the popular Girl Scout cookie, featuring layers of caramel, chocolate, and toasted coconut.

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread shredded coconut evenly over a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine caramel sauce, chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth and melted.
- Pour half of the caramel chocolate mixture into the bottom of the pie crust and layer with toasted coconut.
- Pour the remaining caramel chocolate mixture over the top and spread evenly.
- Allow the pie to cool and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Drizzle extra caramel or chocolate sauce on top before serving if desired.
Notes
Keep a close eye on the coconut while toasting to prevent burning. Adjust ingredients according to personal taste for a customized flavor.
