Description

A delicious dessert pie inspired by the popular Girl Scout cookie, featuring layers of caramel, chocolate, and toasted coconut.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread shredded coconut evenly over a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine caramel sauce, chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth and melted.
  4. Pour half of the caramel chocolate mixture into the bottom of the pie crust and layer with toasted coconut.
  5. Pour the remaining caramel chocolate mixture over the top and spread evenly.
  6. Allow the pie to cool and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Drizzle extra caramel or chocolate sauce on top before serving if desired.

Notes

Keep a close eye on the coconut while toasting to prevent burning. Adjust ingredients according to personal taste for a customized flavor.
