Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.

- Stir in the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
