Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus and mushrooms thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Trim the tough ends from the asparagus and cut into 2-inch pieces.
  3. Slice the mushrooms into thick slices.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet with the asparagus.
