- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2–3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ground venison, cooking until the venison is browned.
- Push the venison to one side and scramble the beaten eggs on the other side of the skillet.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cooked rice, stirring everything together.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper; cook until heated through.
- Stir in the chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Ensure your rice is cold to avoid a mushy texture. Adjust seasonings to taste and consider adding some chili flakes for extra spice.
