  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 23 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ground venison, cooking until the venison is browned.
  3. Push the venison to one side and scramble the beaten eggs on the other side of the skillet.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cooked rice, stirring everything together.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper; cook until heated through.

Notes

Ensure your rice is cold to avoid a mushy texture. Adjust seasonings to taste and consider adding some chili flakes for extra spice.
