  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place the country style ribs inside a slow cooker.
  2. Add ground mustard, paprika, cayenne pepper, sea salt, cracked pepper, and minced garlic. Toss the ribs to evenly coat them.
  3. Gently press the seasoning into the meat, ensuring every piece is well-coated.
  4. Pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are covered entirely.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the meat easily falls apart with a fork, or on high for 4-6 hours.
  6. Transfer the ribs to a serving dish and drizzle extra BBQ sauce from the pot over the top.
  7. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is bubbling.
