  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Extra cheese for serving
  • Fritos for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin with the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add the Rotel tomatoes, black beans, corn, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and spices, ensuring everything is mixed well.
  3. Set your slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Halfway through cooking, stir in the cream cheese to enhance creaminess.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the cheddar cheese, letting it melt into the chili.
