Instructions
- Begin with the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes, black beans, corn, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and spices, ensuring everything is mixed well.
- Set your slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Halfway through cooking, stir in the cream cheese to enhance creaminess.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the cheddar cheese, letting it melt into the chili.
- Serve generously with desired toppings like extra cheese, Fritos, or a splash of hot sauce for an added kick.
Notes
