A refreshing summer salad featuring crunchy cucumbers tossed in a zesty dressing with spicy chili and garlic.
Ingredients

- 4 Cucumbers
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Chili flakes or 1 fresh Chili, chopped
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together minced garlic, chili flakes, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and sugar to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss well.
- Allow it to marinate for at least 5 minutes.
- Serve topped with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a uniform presentation, use a mandoline slicer for the cucumbers.
