- 1 cup fresh spinach (30g)
- 1/2 cup crumbled beef cheese (75g)
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (120ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) dried basil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (25g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Rinse and dry the fresh spinach.
- Chop the spinach into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add the milk to the eggs and whisk together.
- Stir in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil.
- Add the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a knife in the center; it should come out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.

- Thoroughly dry fresh spinach to prevent excess moisture.
- Substitute beef cheese with goat cheese or feta for a different flavor.
