  • 1/2 cup crumbled beef cheese (75g)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (120ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) dried basil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (25g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Rinse and dry the fresh spinach.
  4. Chop the spinach into small pieces.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  6. Add the milk to the eggs and whisk together.
  7. Stir in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil.
  8. Add the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese to the egg mixture.
  9. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
  10. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
  12. Check for doneness by inserting a knife in the center; it should come out clean.
  13. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  14. Slice and serve warm.
