  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your strawberry syrup by blending strawberries, white grape juice, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Pour in the milk and add xanthan gum, then blend until creamy.
  3. Add the ice and blend until the desired thickness is achieved.
  4. Pour the frappuccino into a glass and top with whipped cream.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, add an extra tablespoon of sugar. For more tang, a splash of lemon juice works well. Chill serving glasses in advance to keep the drink colder.
