Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Add vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Mix together soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar in a small bowl, then pour over the cooked chicken.
- Let the sauce thicken slightly, then add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
- Serve garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
