A refreshing beverage combining sweet strawberries with fragrant Earl Grey tea, perfect for warm afternoons.
Ingredients

- 1 pound strawberries (1 box)
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- ½ to ¾ cup milk
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tbsp Earl Grey tea leaves (or 2 tea bags)
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Chop your strawberries into half-inch pieces. Add them to a sealable container or jar.
- Sprinkle in the white sugar, mixing well to combine.
- Let the syrup sit for at least an hour until the juices extract into the jar.
- For the Earl Grey tea, add the tea leaves or tea bags to a teapot or mug and pour in hot water.
- Brew for 3-5 minutes or until the taste is strong. Remove tea leaves or bags, and allow the tea to cool.
- In a glass, add ice, followed by the strawberry syrup and cooled Earl Grey tea.
- Top with milk, stir gently, and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of your strawberries. Experiment with different types of milk for added flavor.
