Description
A delightful strawberry pie that brings memories of summer days, combining fresh strawberries with a luscious Jello mixture in a buttery graham cracker crust.

- 1 pint Fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Small Box of Jello (any flavor)
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust (store-bought or homemade)
- Cool Whip (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch into the measured water and pour into a saucepan.
- Add the sugar and Jello mix into the saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously for one minute.
- Let the mixture cool for about ten minutes.
- Cut the fresh strawberries into halves or quarters.
- Place the cut strawberries into a mixing bowl and pour the cooled Jello mixture over them.
- Stir until the strawberries are well coated.
- Spoon the strawberry mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate the pie for about two hours to set the Jello.
- Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip on top.
Notes
For best results, use fresh strawberries and allow the pie to chill for at least two hours. You can experiment with different Jello flavors.
