Description

Delightful stuffed mushrooms filled with a creamy and flavorful mixture, perfect as appetizers or side dishes.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushroom caps
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese or Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the stems from the mushroom caps and finely chop them.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped mushroom stems and garlic until softened.
  4. In a bowl, combine the sautéed mushrooms, breadcrumbs, herbs, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the tops are golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm.
