Description

A rich, creamy taco-inspired dip that becomes a party essential, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 oz Taco Seasoning (2 packets)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Salsa, medium or mild
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Tortilla Chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the ground beef according to the taco seasoning packet instructions.
  3. Spread the cream cheese evenly in an oven-safe baking dish.
  4. Layer the salsa over the cream cheese.
  5. Evenly distribute the taco-seasoned ground beef on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm with tortilla chips.
