Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, milk, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour the sweet potato mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
