Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potato.
- Slice the sweet potato into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Place the sweet potato rounds on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the rounds.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
