Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the frozen tater tots and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Begin placing the tater tot mixture into the muffin tin, creating a small cup shape.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly, then add a dollop of sour cream.
- Top with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions for garnish.
