- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by covering them with cold water and bringing it to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and cover for 12-15 minutes.
- Plunge the eggs into ice water to cool, making them easier to peel.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks until smooth and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in sage and thyme until well combined.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
For extra creaminess, consider using homemade mayonnaise. Adjust the mustard to taste for a sharper flavor.
