Description

Classic Thanksgiving deviled eggs with creamy filling and a touch of herbs, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by covering them with cold water and bringing it to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and cover for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Plunge the eggs into ice water to cool, making them easier to peel.
  3. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks until smooth and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in sage and thyme until well combined.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For extra creaminess, consider using homemade mayonnaise. Adjust the mustard to taste for a sharper flavor.
