Ingredients

- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- ½ tbsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. cumin powder
- ½ tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 small bell peppers, cut into stripes
- 1 medium onion, cut into half slices
- 2 medium portabello mushrooms, cut into medium pieces
- 3 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, and salt, stirring for about 1 minute.
- Add the bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender, but still crisp.
- Serve warm.

Use fresh vegetables for maximum flavor and don’t hesitate to experiment with different spices or add seasonal produce.
