Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tbsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. cumin powder
  • ½ tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 small bell peppers, cut into stripes
  • 1 medium onion, cut into half slices
  • 2 medium portabello mushrooms, cut into medium pieces
  • 3 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, and salt, stirring for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender, but still crisp.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for maximum flavor and don’t hesitate to experiment with different spices or add seasonal produce.
