Description
A comforting and creamy casserole made with tender broccoli, Velveeta cheese, and a crunchy Ritz cracker topping.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of broccoli, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup of Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the broccoli until tender.
- In a bowl, mix together the cubed Velveeta cheese, milk, cream of mushroom soup, and cooked broccoli.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the top of the broccoli and cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, chop fresh broccoli evenly and consider experimenting with various toppings for added crunch.
