  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (14 grams) olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add ground venison to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Season the venison with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. In a bowl, mix goat cheese with chopped dried cranberries.
  7. Add the cooked venison to the goat cheese mixture and stir to combine.
