  • Pimento cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeño peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add ground venison, cooking until it is browned.
  4. Mix in pimento cheese and spices, stirring until well combined.
  5. Stuff the jalapeño halves generously with the venison mixture.
