Ingredients

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions, carrots, and celery and sauté until they are tender.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and add the diced tomatoes.
- Stir in the kale or spinach and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes until all vegetables are cooked through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Serve hot.
