Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until onions become translucent.
  2. If adding heat, mix in diced jalapeños, alongside the shredded chicken, white beans, corn, chicken broth, ground cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir everything well.
