- 1/2 jar of Teriyaki sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups broccoli (470ml)
- 2 cups cauliflower rice (470ml)
- 1 Tbsp garlic ghee (15g)
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil (1.25ml)
- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos (30ml)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the diced chicken with teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper, and allow it to sit for 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken in a pan and sauté for approximately 5 minutes.
- Incorporate the chopped broccoli and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
- Melt the garlic ghee until it is warm.
- Combine the cauliflower rice with sesame oil, coconut aminos, salt, and pepper, then stir together.
- Allow this mixture to cook for around 5 minutes.
