- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add enchilada sauce to the beef and mix well.
- Spoon the beef mixture into each tortilla, adding black beans if using, and roll them up.
- Place the filled tortillas in a baking dish, seam side down.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
