Instructions
- Rinse and dry the entire peach thoroughly. Freeze it for a minimum of 8 hours. The completely frozen peaches should resemble this appearance.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the whipped cream and plain yogurt. Feel free to adjust the proportions of cream and yogurt to your liking.
- Employ a fine grater or microplane to grate the frozen peach over the cream and yogurt mixture. Grate the desired amount. If a regular cheese grater is used, the peach will have a texture similar to grated cheddar cheese. Although it won’t be as delicate and airy as when using a microplane, it will still taste great.
