- 1 lb diced chicken
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup bread crumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the diced chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese on top.
- If desired, add a layer of bread crumbs on top for extra crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
