Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the diced chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese on top.
  5. If desired, add a layer of bread crumbs on top for extra crunch.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
