Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Stir in the garlic, ginger, and turmeric, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the shredded chicken and kale or spinach; cook until the greens are wilted.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  7. Serve warm.
