Ingredients
- – 1 bottle white grape juice (non-alcoholic) (or alternative – see note 1)
- – 2 cups apple cider (480 ml)
- – 1 cup pear juice (240 ml)
- – 2 cups ginger ale (480 ml)
- – 1 pear, sliced
- – 1 orange, sliced
- – 1 apple, sliced
- – 2 cinnamon sticks
- – 2 tablespoon (30 ml) honey (optional – see note 4)
- – Extra fruit and rosemary sprigs to serve.
Instructions
- Get your fruits ready by cutting the apple and orange into circles and slicing the pear lengthwise. Set them aside.
- Pour the white grape juice, apple cider, and pear juice into a large jug or small punch bowl.
- Gently mix in the sliced fruits and cinnamon sticks. Taste the mixture and add honey if you’d like it sweeter. You can serve it right away or let it chill in the fridge for an hour or two to allow the flavors to meld.
- Pour in the ginger ale, mix gently, and serve the drink over ice. Garnish with extra fruit slices and rosemary sprigs.
