Ingredients

  • 1 14.75-oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 14.5 oz. jar Melissa’s Hearts of Palm, drained and sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 11.6-oz. jar mixed pitted olives
  • ½ cup diced Melissa’s fire roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Place all salad ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine cider vinegar, kosher salt, sugar, dry mustard, oregano, black pepper, garlic salt, and vegetable oil.
  3. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss to coat.
