- 1 14.75-oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 14.5 oz. jar Melissa’s Hearts of Palm, drained and sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 11.6-oz. jar mixed pitted olives
- ½ cup diced Melissa’s fire roasted red peppers
- ½ cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Instructions
- Place all salad ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine cider vinegar, kosher salt, sugar, dry mustard, oregano, black pepper, garlic salt, and vegetable oil.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss to coat.
