A hearty low-carb salad featuring cooked chicken, creamy ranch dressing, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese, perfect for sandwiches or lettuce wraps.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (recommended: Rotisserie chicken)
  • 2 tbsp mayo (or light mayo)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or light ranch dressing)
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ranch dressing, mayo, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add the cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, green onions, and cooked bacon to a large bowl.
  3. Pour the ranch dressing mixture on top of the chicken mixture. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  5. Serve on sandwiches, salads, or lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
