  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot, then add marinated shrimp to the pan.
