  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to become tender.
  3. Combine cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Stir in the partially cooked potatoes and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
