  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach, packed
  • 23 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a block of feta cheese in the center of the dish.
  4. Crack the eggs around the feta and season with additional salt and pepper.
