  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard (15 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey (15 grams)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) blue cheese, crumbled (75 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) breadcrumbs (30 grams)
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s fresh parsley, chopped (8 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter, melted (14 grams)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  5. In a separate bowl, mix crumbled blue cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and melted butter.
  6. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
  7. Season both sides of the steak with salt and black pepper.
